  Mostly Objective-C, with some SQL & ASP.NET thrown in for fun

  Mobile device graphics (file size matters!), web sites, a good aesthetic eye and the ability to articulate.

While technical skills matter a lot, the abilities to communicate (both to understand and to be understood) and to meet negotiated deadlines (deliver what you promised, when you promised it) are of paramount importance.
